New House Pictures

We are trying to buy a house near Daybreak--we like Daybreak itself, except the homes in our price range have no yards at all. Even though we'd be able to use the boats on the lake for free. Anyway, we made an offer on a house just across 114th South from Daybreak. The pictures are posted on my gallery page. Click on "Get password from Michael" to the right to see them, but first email me for the password. The folder is called "Post," because I forgot that Gallery automatically uses the folder name from my hard drive. The plan is that after we live in the house for a short time, Sara, Jared and their crew will rent it for a while.

Very lovely. That's good that the basement is already finished. That was a must for me when we bought this house.

I am really excited. We really love the house! So much room!! I am especially fond of the back yard. It's definately going to be a gigantic step up from living in apartments. Thanks!!

Is there also a laundry room?

That looks like a pretty nice house. It is definitely a lot bigger than these houses. I love the bay windows, especially in the master bedroom. I heard you were counter-offering back and forth. That is a huge back yard and it is so nice that it is all vinyl fenced. Do they get to keep the trampoline and the swing/slide set?

The laundry room is just off the kitchen. Kind of a laundry-mud room, with a door that goes into the garage.

I like the big windows, too. All the rooms have big windows, even the ones in the basement. Lots of light.

The swing set stays (steel and sturdy), but the trampoline goes.

We're done negotiating and have signed the contract to purchase. But we still have to negotiate over some damage to the siding in the back, which was caused by a trampoline accident.

If you are doing the siding repairs let me know. I can point you in the direction of some siders. Trampoline accident like someone bounced up and ran into the house?
