First Day of Summer

Jared and family invited the Austins and me to Lagoon. It was a beautiful day. The only thing is, we should have done Rattlesnake Rapids in the middle of the afternoon, when it was 90 degrees and sunny, instead of just at sunset. Wet clothes make for a cool evening.

Caleb wasn't so sure about Wicked, but we convinced him to go. This is on the killer downhill. 

He loved it after a few seconds of terror. 

Annie on Ladybug Bop. 

Emi and Tanner were the buds throughout the day. 

Kali and Caleb on Samurai, the park's premier ride that is designed to terrify and make you throw up at the same time. The kids are in the inside seats on the bottom arm in this picture. 

Same ride. Same two. 

Kali and Jared on the Blastoff Rocket just as it bounced off the top and started falling. We also did the Reentry Rocket. Not sure which is worse.
